Laurie is a second generation Co-Owner of Shamrock.  She joined the agency under her Aunt Pat in 1988.  For more than 40 years Laurie has been traveling the globe with her husband, 3 sons  and extended family and friends. 

​

Laurie has travelled extensively through the Americas, Caribbean, Europe, the Mediterranean and Ireland.  She can expertly provide guidance in any of these locales - whether you are seeking romance or adventure.

 

Laurie loves getting to know her clients, and as an avid nature lover, she avidly pursues active outdoor itineraries for singles, couples and families - including hiking, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing.

 

In her personal life Laurie is a loving anchor in her family and community, and mom to two dogs.  An avid gardener and cook, Laurie has a love of adventure, nature and culture.  She's explored some of the most beautiful countries, and has sampled delicacies the world over.

 

Laurie holds a Bachelor's in Business from Michigan State (Go Green!) as well as being certified in Group Travel, Certified Sandals Specialist.

Denise is a Senior Cruise Specialist, with over 30 years of experience.  She has traveled a multitude of times throughout the Caribbean, Australia, Europe, the Mediterranean and the Americas, often times on ships. 

 

Denise is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to ships, ports, types of itineraries and special cruise events.  She is passionate about group events and takes great joy in bringing people together.

 

From honeymoons, destination weddings, family reunions, and corporate groups, Denise attends to details as if she is planning it for her own family.  She is committed to creating a stress free vacation for all and truly believes we do not remember days - we remember moments.

 

Denise loves to provide insider details on dining, shopping, bargains, and unique events.   

 

Denise is an animal lover, and loves nothing more than to spoil her cat & dog with her husband when not traveling.  She has a  passion for photography and unique cruise itineraries.

Cathy has 40+ years of experience within the travel industry as well as many more within the realm of event planning.

 

She was a former Mayor of Rochester and City Council woman. Cathy is a mother of three children and one dog. She is an alumni of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor's degree in Business.

 

She has spent significant time in Europe travel that bodes well for custom trips. She loves to fully indulge herself in the European culture and can recommend many traveling tips, tricks and places to go. Cathy loves being active outdoors and seeing the world with her family.

Jess is the newest leaf, and third generation of Shamrock Travel. 

 

She has extensive knowledge of the Caribbean, Mexico and Americas and is working towards specializing in research/explorer travel, and historical England, Scotland and Scandinavia.  She enjoys the strange, the exotic, and researching hidden gems off the beaten path.

 

Jess is passionate about people, history, culture, & plants.  She has friends around the globe and revels in connecting with others and building relationships. She believes travel can make us better people, and make the world a safer and happier place through love and understanding.   

 

When not at work Jess spends her time with her husband, two furballs, many plants and friends.
